행정명령 목록

1. The Working Group will be tasked with developing a Federal regulatory framework governing digital assets, including stablecoins, and evaluating the creation of a strategic national digital assets stockpile.

실무 그룹은 스테이블코인을 포함한 디지털 자산을 관리하는 연방 규제 프레임워크를 개발하고 전략 저가 국가 디지털 자산 비축의 생성을 평가하는 임무를 맡게 될 것이다.

 

2. The Working Group will be chaired by the White House AI & Crypto Czar and include the Secretary of the Treasury, the Chairman of the SEcurities and Exchange Commission, and the herads of other relevant departments and agencies.

실무 그룹은 백악관 AI & Crypto Czar가 의장을 맡을 것이며 재무부 장관, 증권거래위원회 의장 및 기타 관련 부서 및 기관의 수장을 포함한다.

 

3. The white House AI & Crypto Czar will engage leading experts in digital assets and digital markets to ensure that the actions of the Working Group are informed by expertise beyond the Federal government.

백악관 AI & Crpyto Czar는 실무 그룹의 조치가 연방 정부 이외의 전문 지식에 의해 알려지도록 하기 위해 디지털 자산 및 디지털 시장의 선도적인 전문가를 참여시킬 것이다.

 

4. The Executive Order directs departments and agencies with identifying and making recommendations to the Working Group on any regulations and other agency actions affecting the digital asests sector that should be rescinded or modified.

행정 명령은 취소 또는 수정되어야 하는 디지털 자산 부문에 영향을 미치는 규정 및 기타 기관 조치에 대해 실무 그룹을 식별하고 권고하도록 부서 및 기관에 지시한다. 

 

5. The Executive Order prohibits agencies from undertaking any action to establish, issue, or promote central bank digital currencies(CBDCs).

행정 명령은 기관이 중앙은행 디지털 통화를 설립, 발행 또는 홍보하기 위한 조치를 취하는 것을 금지한다. 

 

6. The Executive Order revokes the previous Administration's Digital Assets Executive Order and the Treasury Department's Framework for international enagement on Digital Assets which suppressed innovation and undermined U.S economic liberty and global leadership in digital finance. 

행정 명령은 혁신을 억제하고 훼손한 이전 행정부의 디지털 자산 행정 명령과 재무부의 디지털 자산에 대한 국제 참여 프레임워크를 취소한다.
